Remove rows with the same address

Remove rows only when both name and address match

Keep all rows, even if duplicates exist

Result	Counts	Description
Detected Addresses		Addresses detected in your file prior to USPS validation
Valid Addresses		Addresses that we can mail to
Invalid Addresses		Incomplete or non-mailable addresses
